Heres a song I wrote as a reminder for myself to never settle for less and to believe that I am worthy of the best, even though many people around me do. I wrote this because I know too many people who settle because they feel their either getting too old, there clock is ticking to have child, they dont want to be alone, and mainly because society says if your not married by 25 years of age something must be wrong with you. For me, Id rather wait for the right person than to settle to please societys limiting beliefs. Living in the south I come across alot of people who get married because they feel its their duty to.
