Heres a story that will make you feel PROUD to be apart of COTC and realize that each of YOU make a substantial difference here: Terry, in our HR Department, received a letter from one of our receivers today regarding an action one of our drivers took. This is what he had to say: I just wanted to take a moment and drop you a line to commend a driver on your staff. I dont know too much about him, as he was dropping a shipment to one of our customers here in Colorado Springs today, and we never spoke face-to-face, but I do know his phone number is (xxx)xxx-xxxx, and his first name is Jahn (pronounced John). His help was paramount in getting a very large order to the right place and people. The delivery address was incorrect on the shipping document, so he called me to double-check it, which was a great save in itself. He then had some issues finding the correct address, and called me again to make certain he got to the correct place. He then had issues getting the correct contact to begin offloading his truck. Once again, instead of brushing it off, he called me to get in contact with our customer and get the ball rolling on offloading. He went above and beyond for us today, and we sincerely appreciate it! Thank you Jahn Jacobsen, for your efforts in going above and beyond! We know that Jahn isnt the only COTC driver who does things like this, so we want to thank each one of you for working so hard to get the job done THE RIGHT WAY! Were so proud to call you our teammates. #COTCfamily
