Heres a tip Id like to share with those of you who would like to slowly start working out before we go full force the start of the new year. Try using a bar w some weight on it when you do sit-ups. It helps control your move and builds muscle to the core. I normally do a set forward, then a set for each of my sides by dropping both my knees over to one side... Repeat on the other side. #workout #fitness ✌️This exercise also works out your arms.
