Heres a transcript of my morning radio commentary: When the Supreme Court struck down the Defense of Marriage Act, I had grave concerns that the justices were opening a Pandoras Box. Those fears have now been realized. A federal judge struck down key parts of Utahs polygamy laws. Judge Clark Waddoup says a provision in the law forbidding cohabitation with another person violates the First Amendment right of freedom of religion. And before you folks start hollering about activist judges appointed by Democrats you might want to know that the judge was a nominee of President Bush. I tried to warn you - once marriage gets redefined - whos to say it cant get redefined again?
