Find the one that works best for you. My mom puts her rice bag in the microwave, but she doesnt heat the wrap before applying it (its easier to move if you dont have it down just right). Theres a way for everyone. :) Dont let the amount of time shes taking in the video discourage you. Remember shes taking her time to talk and show you extra stuff.
