Heres an awesome message we received from Aaron Simmons, a participant in the 9:15 class. Unfortunately hes moving back to Korea but he had these kind words to say before he left: Mike, We’ve had guests here in town the last couple weeks and now I’m stuck in the middle of closing down our house before we go back to Korea on Friday. I was really trying to get back at least one more time to say goodbye to everyone, but it just isn’t going to work out. Please pass on my regards to everyone in the class. I really enjoyed Crossfit with the group. Great group of folks who really support each other and really care about one another. I’ve been at a few different gyms and that is something you rarely see.
