Heres an old Rochester broad looking for some help. Im having terrible luck getting services here. I live near the Middle School and am looking for a licensed plumber who is RELIABLE, knows what he/she is doing and wont make me take a mortgage out on my house. I have some small leaks but also a serious leak from the bottom of the toilet (someone said flange) and some old cast iron piping in the basement that is letting go. This isnt sonething that can wait much longer. Next, I need a licensed electrician to take care of replacing some fixtures. Next, I need someone who can rebuild two small wooden porches, 3 steps each. Reliability is the key. I dont care if they live in Rochester as long as the fee to get here isnt out of this world. I can pay my bills but Im by no means one of the 1% !! I would appreciate any and all suggestions. Also always looking for a good all around handyman because we arent all that handy.
