Heres an update on Cane (I get updates from Dawn at PetsMart :-) so I know hes doing great but its wonderful to hear from his family!): Cane aka Tank is a very big boy already. He weighs 60 pounds and almost 7 months old. He is doing great with his sisters and knows sign language commands very well. He goes to work everyday at the work shop with daddy. Thank you Halo for a great boy. He is a big mommies boy. Cane was saved from a situation where he was originally bought/bred to be a hunting dog, when discovered he was blind and deaf, he was going to be shot. One of our volunteers quickly intervened. Sadly, this is not the first time weve encountered this situation here in this County. Luckily, Cane has a great life.
