Heres another reason I SHOULD NOT WORK RETAIL.... me- hello sir how are you? ( cutest little elderly gentleman. Regular at our store. Always nice, positive, and cheerful) Him- Im great today! How are you? Looks like youre hard at work as always! I just smile at this point as he is walking away. But, of course he couldnt leave it at that. He comes back my way. Im bent over in a watermelon bin throwing watermelon from one bin to another. He leans over and says to me... did you remember to comb your hair today before you came to work? ......... And I say............................ Absolutely nothing. Im speechless. The only thing I could do was mutter the word .....YEP. Needless to say, old man, you ruined my day. I came home and washed my hair and started over! . We are no longer friends. I cant for the life of me figure out what makes you think that it is OK to ask someone that? ! ? ? Some people.....
