Heres how I feel...Darren Wilson should have been indicted. I think it is a travesty of justice that he was not. I am not at all saying I think he is guilty. There is enough question behind all that happened that the indictment shouldve been handed down so that a trial could happen and the truth could come out. When a person is indicted it simply means that when all the facts are construed against the defendant, as liberally as possible, he could possibly be guilty. Handing down an indictment doesnt indicate that the grand jury believes a person is guilty. There is too Much public interest in a cas like this to not allow a fair trial to happen. Now the whole truth can never be known and that is totally unfair. If all the facts were the same, a normal citizen wouldve bben indicted. I am sick of the prejudice and bias in our legal system. I am praying the US justice department corrects this massive injustice. An indictment qouldve allowed a trial and likely prevented all of these riots
