Heres how this works: Each day I will post 3 things: 1. an exercise/workout 2. a health/nutrition tip 3. a motivational quote/bible verse Your job is to follow the instructions each day AND LIKE the post once you have completed the challenge for that day. And of course I wouldnt run a challenge without giving away a prize at the end! So, on Dec 13, the person who has the best transformation (weight loss, before and after photos and/or story about their experience during theses 12 days) will win the prize. Dont worry about what the prize is, I promise it will be good. More importantly, think about why you signed up for this and what you want to accomplish by Dec. 12. Write that down and put it in a place where you will see it every day. Use that as motivation to help you be the best you can be! Whos ready?!?!
