Heres info on an upcoming fundraising event in Delaware to benefit the typhoon victims in the Philippines! Saturday, December 7, 2013. 10:00am until 12:00pm. The Owens Campus, students Ayla Orteza and Michelle Lane, and several local Zumba instructors are coming together to raise money for the Philippines after the countrys recent devastation caused by Typhoon Haiyan. A minimum donation of $15 is asked to participate in this fun, upbeat 2-hour event. If you want to donate but arent able to attend, please visit crowdrise/zumbaforthephilippines. The event will be held in the Owens Campus gym, located in the Jason Technology Center. The doors open at 9 a.m.
