Heres my story : In April of 2009 I found out in was pregnant. I was only 17 so I was absolutley terrified but got used to the idea after hearing the heartbeat for the first time. My pregnancy went great . I didnt even feel pregnant. Had no morning sickness. No symptoms at all really. I was sent to bc womens hospital at 18 weeks for my first ultrasound and was told my daughter had gastroschisis and was told I should think about terminating the pregnancy. I was terrified but had to go back to my home town 3 hours away for a week till I could get an appointment. Went home and started doing research and found out it could be fixed. She was also missing an arm and had spina bifida but I decided to let nature take its course and if god wanted to take her home he would. I went into labour at 27 weeks and after 2 days of being in labour my daughter made her way into this world. That is when we were told there was nothing the doctors could do for her and she passed on 46 minutes later. My baby girl weighed 1lb 8oz. I went on to having two healthy baby boys who were both premature one at 26 weeks weighing 2lbs and he is now 4 with no complications and the other at 28 weeks weighing 2lb 11oz who is now 4 months again with no complications. I am truly blessed but I miss my angel everyday
