Heres part 2 of my introduction to working out at Blue Ridge Fitness and Rehabilitation Center in Burnsville, NC. Ive spent the last year packing on weight, and Greg Webb & Thomas Wolterman are walking me through the circuit training LifeFitness gear at this excellent fitness center. In this segment I work shoulders (deltoids) back (lats) and abdominal muscles on the very controlled and focused-motion weight machines.
