Heres proof of a hyperinflation right after WWI in Germany. A LOOK AT GERMAN INFLATION 1914 - 1924 Revelation 6:6 Contemporary English Version (CEV) 6 I heard what sounded like a voice from somewhere among the four living creatures. It said, “A quart of wheat will cost you a whole day’s wages! Three quarts of barley will cost you a day’s wages too. But don’t ruin the olive oil or the wine.” Its likely to happen again - worst hyperinflation in the Middle East where the wars are. It may happen to America, too. We are already near the brink of bankruptcy. In early 1922 10,000 Mark would buy over 250 Pounds of Meat. By the end of the year it would buy only 5 pounds of Meat. In June bread is 3.50 Mark a loaf. In Germany, during and after World War I, the cost of loaf of bread went from 1.20 Mark to 3 Billion Mark in just three years (1920-1923). Woe!!! joelscoins/exhibger2.htm
