Heres some of last weeks training . Its not all about hitting PRs every week! Its not a sprint to the finish ...Ive got a long off season worth of training ahead of me. I gotta last and im no spring chicken!! Squat Work 5x5 with 235 -working on depth, pause and hip drive. Switched back to Sumo , played around with 315 for triples. Bench 315 with 2 board x 3. Cant do this without my team! Thanks guys!
