Heres something to consider if you often find yourself fatigued, easily frustrated, anxious, ill or depressed. The food you put in your body directly effects your mood and can create a flow of positive or negative energy depending on the choices you make... so be sure to make the right ones! A lot of people suffer from stress/depression, and unknowingly, the comfort foods they reach for are the contributors of those problems. Always consciously eat clean, drink plenty of water, incorporate as many *superfoods* into your diet as possible, and really try to avoid things that are processed like white sugar, white flour and table salt. Make sure youre getting enough alkaline foods in your system each day. Ive included some images to look through with simple yet useful healing tips. Also, be sure to get your 8 hours of sleep and during the same hours each night.
