Heres something very cool that happened - a while back I decided to change my e-mal address to reflect my new name, which will be officially and legally mine when Jim and I get married in June (YAY!). I sent the new address to all of the people in my address book. I know change is hard, and I have had the previous address for 10 years. In the course of a couple of months I have had 3 friends send e-mails to Carol Scott in Australia, all because she is also carolmscott. I had to add a number after the name to get the e-mail address on gmail. Apparently this Carol has had the name for a long time, and my friends accidentally left off the number So how do I know she is Carol Scott from Australia? Because she is hilarious and responded to all of the e-mails that were sent to her accidentally. So now she knows who in my world is mad at someone, doing yard work, having us over for a visit or sending out Christmas cards. A favorite quote is I dont know who Jim is so I dont know what he eats for breakfast. The witty banter with my friends has resulted in her reading There Are No Men. It seems that she is recently divorced and venturing into the dating world, so she relates to the story. Yesterday I received her review of the book, which she so kindly posted on Amazon.
