Heres something you dont hear every day. On Throwback Thursday, take a listen to an audition for a proposed radio series entitled Suspense. Alfred Hitchcock directs a radio version of his career-launching 1926 thriller THE LODGER, his first film with a psychotic character lurking around the fringes. The star is the great Herbert Marshall, whom Hitchcock would direct on the big screen in MURDER! (1930) and FOREIGN CORRESPONDENT (1940).
