Heres the music video of my new hindi single Phir Se. This song has been written, composed and produced by me and the video is directed by my bro Sayan Sinha Roy and edited by me. Also i have played all the acoustic, electric and bass guitar parts in this song including the electric guitar solos. Here i would like to thank Arnab da for lending me his beautiful custom Fender Strat and Sayan for helping me with the hurdles i faced during the production. Ive also programmed the drums and mixed, mastered the song. The whole experience of recording every instrument for a song was really a great one and i learned a lot. This song was composed half in Calcutta and half in Gangtok while i was on a trip with Sarbajit and Parikshit (thanks for dragging me there). I was stuck halfway and the mountains really did some magic. This songs really special because this is the first of all my originals that i have recorded and released, also one which is really close to my heart. Im really lucky to have friends without whom this music video wouldnt have been possible. Thanks to Devarchita and Subhadip, who helped with the cinematography and comic relief, Suhani, whos physical absence was compensated by her creative presence and last but definitely not the least, Ankana, who plays my girlfriend in the video and for whom i did all the running and jumping around :P Do watch the music video in Full HD for better aural and visual experience and please share the video if you like it.
