Heres the secret to the old tubs--you ready ? I use bar keepers friend for the really bad ones (its non abrasive)--then after I spend about 30 minutes scrubbing --I rinse clean and then wipe down with straight vinegar. If its not too bad, just a few spots-a magic eraser sponge (which is really 1800 grit sandpaper)-does the trick. do not use anything like CLR, Tilex,-those are designed to eat thru things--and can be damaging to the finish --and vinegar takes the rust stains right out. Now -no more excuses--go clean your bathroom:):)
