Heres the shit Im dealing with cleaning the shop, and note this is about a week or so after its flooded. its sewer water that leaked out of the main level toilets and flooding into the basement. And the landlord wont do anything to strip the damage or mold. claims the roof and plumbing will be fixed, and repairs have been made, but obviously not correctly. 2nd year in a row its happened and obviously happened before I moved in too. But each time shit gets flooded, the mold grows and spreads, not to mention stinks for a daysss. And hes leaving me to gut everything instead of hiring a pro crew. This is why Ill stay here through the summer and Im outta here.
