Heres time-lapse photography of sunrise at the Chappy ferry this morning, ahead of the snowstorm. Thanks to Graham Smith for sending this to us. Its beautiful. After reviewing forecasts from NOAA and a level-headed weather service on the Cape weve just been introduced to, our consensus is that this blizzard will be less windy than the one on January 2-3, flood less deeply during high tide, but perhaps deliver a bit more snow. Well try to keep you up to date on whats happening down at the waterfront through tomorrow afternoon.
