Heres to the many scripture challenges I have been given. Morning Devo: Our family took a trip to the park to workout and run some drills. The last drill of the night required a race between father and son. With both participants eager to win, Dad was not satisfied knowing his son beat him the first time around. Lol! Dad decided to take his shoes off to catch traction under his feet. Well, Dad beat Suaava in the second round. So, to satisfy the appetite of these two competitors....Suaava took his shoes off & wanted a rematch to break the tie. Their whole focus was to be better, stronger and quicker and to do that required stripping away whatever weighed them down. Participating in a race requires just that. It requires us to Strip off whatever weighs us down. Especially the sins that wrap themselves so tightly around our feet and trip us up. (Hebrews 12:1) Keep your eyes on the Instructor and leader...Jesus! He can make it happen for you. Be blessed!! Strip down, start running and never quit!
