Heres tonights weather report guys! UPDATE: As of 7:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm #MarioPH was estimated at 66 km North Northeast of Laoag, City. WEATHER TONIGHT: Cagayan including Calayan and Babuyan group of islands, Batanes group of islands and the provinces of Ilocos Norte and Apayao will experience stormy weather with rough to very rough seas. The provinces of Isabela, Ilocos sur, Mt.Province, Abra and Kalinga will have rains with gusty winds with moderate to rough seas. Bicol region will have occasional rains. Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Mimaropa and the rest of Luzon will experience monsoon rains which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Visayas and Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindano and coming from the Northeast to Northwest over the rest of Luzon. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough (seafaring is discouraged as it may be dangerous especially to small vessels). Source: PAGASA
