Heres what I am seeking: A 1BHK apartment (semi-furnished at the least). Alternatively, willing to share a room with attached bath with people already residing in a 2/3 BHK (fully-furnished) in a gated colony/ multi-storey complex. Where: Saket (Blocks A, B, C, D, J) Malviya Nagar (preferably Shivalik) Hauz Khas Green Park Must have: Proper ventilation (cramped up, labyrinthine localities would be a strict deterrent). Uninterrupted power and water supplies! Id prefer a place thats conveniently located, close (1-1.5 km tops) to a decent enough market, metro station. Looking to move in by the first week of January.
