Heres your #TotalFit Friday #FitnessFix Leg Burner... Tag A Friend or enemy and make them feel the burn also! (The more tags/comments/likes... The more often we release these fit fixes) Start w/ a 3-5 minute warmup jog or Jump some rope! Next do 2-3 sets of the following 6 exercises. 1) Lateral Lunge w/ Bruce Lee Kick - (10 reps each side) 2) Monkey Jumps 10 reps each way 3) step up/reverse lunge combo (10 reps each leg)... Use a chair if needed 4) lateral squat Shuffle w/ hand tap( 12 each direction ) 5) Leap Frogs ( 12 jumps) 6) 30/60 or 90 second wall sit (not in video) If you enjoy the vids and exercise ideas let me know..
