Herriman City Council recognized Michelle Willis this evening for her amazing efforts over the past several years serving as the Orchestra Director for the Herriman Community Orchestra. The ability to have live music during Herrimans musical theater performances, as well as during holiday events, and other city programs throughout the years, has been a notable feature that has put Herriman on the map for quality productions. We applaud her for her devotion, for the musical talents she has influenced, and for building a strong base for the orchestra to continue flourishing for years to come. We wish her the best in her future endeavors. On another note, the City Council welcomed Jonathan Bowers as a new member of our Engineering staff. Jonathan has over 10 years of experience in engineering and will be a great asset to the team. With the exit of our current City Treasurer, Leslie Anglin - Administrative Services Coordinator, has been sworn in as the Interim City Treasurer during the vacancy period. Her professionalism and attention to detail will serve Herriman well during this time.
