Hey, 8th floor north building here. Got an indirect complaint re:noise coming from my room (my less than ideal singing voice) this sunday at 4PM. Not aware of any rules regarding noise at this time (I usually try to respect the curfew at 11, having broken it at times, yes). I would like to ask whoever was bothered to come talk to me in private the next time, or even about this time. After so many instances with people playing loud music or screaming in even less ideal hours, I cannot guess when Ill be a bother to people.
