Hey Aditi, I too think just 10 books are not enough. But these are just a few that came to mind instantly so am guessing these must be the ones which I like a lot. For others, the idea is to recommend the names of ten books that you like or which have influenced you in some way or another and tag ten of your friends. It will be a chance for others to get a window into your reading world and perhaps get to know about books which they had not heard of before or just plain sharing your interests with others. My book list is as follows (in no particular order and in no way sufficient for me to list the books I like): 1. A Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich by Alexander Solzhenitsyn 2. The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger 3. Half of a Yellow Sun by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichi 4. The Inheritance of Loss by Kiran Desai. 5. Snow by Orhan Pamuk 6. Herzog by Saul Bellow 7. Minnow on the Say by Pillippa Pearce 8. Blink by Malcolm Gladwell 9. A Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime by Mark Haddon 10. Leaving Eden (sorry dontt remember the author name right now) Priyanka Ketkar Manali Shah Aaminah Noorani Aradhika Tripathi Shwetambara Sawant Danish Hamid Liz Casper Insha Hanief Meenakshi Nadar Ishwari Patkar After finishing the list I realised it is UNFAIR to ask a reader to list just ten books. But its done now. *phew*
