Hey All! Im moving out of a beautiful two bedroom right off of the NQ Astoria Blvd stop... Which means youd be right between the Ditmars end of Astoria and the Bway/30th avenue shops. 10 min walk in either direction. Its a 2 min walk to the subway and only 15 min to Times Square. Its $950 a month. Plus splitting the gas bill and internet. All in all rent plus utilities youll stay under $1,000. Its a $950 security deposit. The bedroom has four big windows. Its HUGE! 19 ft long by 14 ft wide tapering down to 4 ft wide... A really cool space. Im a light sleeper and its on a busy road. Otherwise I wouldnt be moving for the life of me. My roomie is super chill, shes one of my closest friends and a very self-sufficient easy-going person. Shes also clean but not picky about your habits. Shes requested that I find a straight male to take over my room bc they have always been her best roommates personality wise. However, Im willing to show it to anyone and if she likes you, its yours. Im moving out October 1st. And would like someone to take over my 10 month lease or start a new lease w the landlord. If interested call me and Ill show it to you this week. Here are some pics.
