Job Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead corporate projects from initial client meetings through construction, deficiencies and follow up. This position requires focus and multitasking, working under pressure and a passion for design. Desired Skills and Experience Skills and competence required: - Minimum 10 years of experience working as an Interior Designer - Diploma of Interior Design - Ability to develop, communicate and present design concepts - Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time - Ability to deliver outstanding designs and think outside the box - Sketch-up, InDesign and other related design software - Expertise in Autocad, Office, Photoshop, Illustrator - Excellent communication skills and etiquette - Strong presentation skills, with the ability to hand-sketch - Proven experience in delivering a number of successful luxury residential interior design projects - Excellent knowledge of materiality, appropriate details and suppliers, ability to impart knowledge to others - Excellent millwork construction and drawing - Ability to effectively manage the transfer and production of packages of information efficiently both internally and externally, within project team, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers - The confidence and ability to build a positive working relationship with clients and to communicate project information - Outstanding organizational skills - Outstanding client skills - respond to client queries and concerns gracefully - Excellent written and verbal skills - Impeccable work ethic - Solution oriented and professional What is to work at “ANJ”..
