Hey CWC family!!! Aaron Miller here(Audio/Video supervisor). I just got finished having a conversation with Justin Adams(Worship leader) and Reggie Pittman(CalvaryRock Admin) about how to get more people like yourself involved in our department. Our conclusion? We dont know. The question has arisen because after the last time we put out an announcement, opening up the opportunity for others to get involved, we had 2 people respond. I can not understand why. Is it something that we are doing wrong? Is the gear that intimidating? Are we not making the opportunity/need known? SO... Im here to ask the question to you-- What would make more people interested in getting involved with the Audio/Video Department? I look forward to your input, answers, or even other questions.
