Hey CrossFit Athletic Community, We would just like to send a quick shout out and good luck to CrossFit Athletic members Brendan Murray, Mitch Foram, Jarrad King, Anthony O’Toole, Rebecca Elliot and Julie Chivers who are competing at the Ocean Thunder Surf Boat Carnival at Dee Why Beach this Saturday 9.11.13. Brendan, Mitch, Jarrad and Anthony are competing for Bilgola Surf Club who we were lucky enough to sponsor for the event and Rebecca and Julie for Avalon Beach Surf Club. If you are free on Saturday morning, head down to Dee Why and support some of your fellow CrossFit Athletic teammates in this huge event in the surf lifesaving calendar.
