Hey Cupcakes... I have seen a few requests for couch to 5K information... You are in luck, come out this Saturday for Cupcakes for the Cure to learn about the Couch to Cupcake mentorship program (hint, hint --- great opportunity for some seasoned cupcakes as well!) Also, Attendance has been a little light lately... How are you doing toward your resolution goals? Are you having a tough time getting motivated? If so, commit to just this Saturday... No matter the distance you achieve you will have taken a step toward your goal! And best of all, the event and camaraderie are free of charge!! Donations are just required for those who want a medal at the finish line... So lets hit the road this Saturday! (Unless, of course, you are running in PF Changs or Star Wars this weekend...
