Hey Everyone, We are sorry the rides have been confusing, we’ve just never had this problem before! So in regards to the ride situation, heres what weve come up with. Sean has 4 spots available in his vehicle. You all can talk as a group and decide who wants to ride with Sean. You’ll need to be prepared with cash in advance to pay Sean for the gas split amongst yourselves. The rest of you can coordinate with the students from USU. Mallory (435) 640-6753, Colene (435)-881-7593, Collin (360) 840-5123. Talk to them and see if you can potentially ride with them. If they dont have a vehicle, you may need to rent a car. If you decide to rent a car, we will reimburse you in January up to $520 for you to transport yourselves to and from Portland. You must know that you are assuming full responsibility in the rental and transportation of yourselves to and from Portland (for the rental of a vehicle if you rent one). We (Cru) are not responsible or liable for you in the event of an accident. As a group we ask that you would all chip in (except Sean) for the rental of the car, even those of you riding with Sean so that its a group effort. As of now Im leaving it in your court to figure out the rides and coordinate from here on.
