Hey Facebook Family As I sit here trying hard to do my FULL 20 minutes of oil pulling... I wanted to to let you know that I MESSED UP.....(and I am one of those people who can admit when I make a mistake or mess up....lol...it can BE HARD sometimes BUT I can and do know how to do that..) SO I MESSED UP....and even Lied without meaning to....(I said in my last post that I would be back on F.B. for you all on Monday doing post and doing my best to Encourage you all again,WELLLLLLLL that is my mess up and lie I did not mean to do....(Monday is the Funeral so I WILL not be on here on Monday at all....) Also will not probably be on here till Wed. of after as I WILL be up at my siss SPOILING my nieces and spending some time with them next week...) SO I ask for your forgiveness and I WILL not make any promises as to when next week I will be on here because I really have no clue when....BUT I am looking FORWARD to being back on here when I can. In the mean time know that YOU are LOVED & APPRECIATED and you are very MUCH ADORED!!!! YOU all are so AWESOME and I LOVE YOU F.B.Family.....(I really do LOVE YOU all so very very much!!!) Just know that even tho I am not on here I WILL still be sending Prayers,Hugs and TONS OF LOVE your way EVERY SINGLE day!!!!xoxoxoxoxoxox YOU ALL make a difference in my life!!!!!xoxoxoxo If you question WHAT in the WORLD is Oil Pulling here ya go....(personally for me I like to do my posts at the oil pulling time or watch a short you tube video,https://youtube/watch?v=DtFzd3TBYiI time goes by MUCH faster that way,also I prefer to liquify my coconut oil first ALWAYS ALWAYS remember NEVER ever spit it in the sink or down any plumming period as it CAN CLOG pipes as once it cools it goes firmer again...) Happy Oil Pulling would LOVE to here if you do Oil Pulling already or what you think of it.....xoxoxoxxoo Love you and I will post again when I can...xoxoxo
