Hey Fam! Its delicious time!! :) Watch and tell us how the show is :) GRILLED LAMB CHOPS Ingredients: Garlic 1 Lemon 1 tsp salt ½ Cup oil 1 Broccoli Arrowroots Lamb chops 1 tbsp Paprika 1 tbsp Oregano 3 tbsp Margarine 1 tbsp Black pepper ½ tbsp Garam masala HOW TO PREPARE -Peel the boiled arrowroots -Cut the arrowroots into bite sized cubes -Heat the oil for frying the arrowroots -Put the arrowroots in the oil carefully and fry until they are golden brown -Cut through the trunk of each floret to make bite sized pieces -Boil water in a sauce pot for blanching the broccoli -Add in the broccolis into the boiling water and blanch for 3 minutes -Take the broccolis out of the boiling water & put them in a bowl of iced water for 3 minutes -Take the broccoli’s out of the iced water and dry them with a towel -Heat 1 tbsp of margarine on a pan -Add in the blanched broccoli -Sprinkle a bit of salt and black pepper -Put the lamb chops in a bowl and pour in 2 tbsp of oil -Add in 1 tbsp of oregano -Add in ½ tsp of garam masala and ½ tsp of black pepper -Add in ½ tsp of turmeric -Pre-heat the oven to 220°c -Chop the garlic into chunks, sprinkle salt and crush -Add in the garlic paste into the bowl of lamb chops -Grate the lemon peel into the bowl -Pour in the lemon juice and mix well -Cover and rest for some time -Heat a pan and pour in 1 tbsp of oil -Place the marinated lamb chops carefully on the hot pan -Apply oil on the baking tray -Remove the meat from the pan and place them on the baking tray -Leave in the oven for 10 minutes at 220°c -Serve while it’s hot *ENJOY*
