SYDNEY FAST TRACKERS - YOUR OPEN DIVISION JUDGES ARE: MARCUS PERNELL Award winning songwriter/producer Marcus Pernell has spent the better part of 30 years producing and ghost writing for some of the biggest names in the music industry. He spent 4 years working at Sony Music (LA), LaFace (ATL) and Motown Records as well as many major indie labels in the USA and UK. He brings to Australia a wealth of experience and knowledge to help develop up and coming artists and bands to help them achieve success in the entertainment industry. He continues to produce music for many Asian, American and Australian artists and conducts music workshops regularly for local council youth groups. He has a reputation for being one of the good guys in the industry, going out of his way to help others in the many facets of the entertainment industry on a global scale. He is currently signed to Sony ATV Korea and a writer, developing a radio show for Officially K Radio, a strictly K-Pop format and is planning a grand opening of his recording studio in Five Dock, NSW. DAVID CAPLICE David Caplice is the owner and founder of Caplice Management. Launched in 1995, Caplice Management took the little known band Human Nature and developed them with their debut album becoming the highest ever selling debut album going 5 times platinum and landing them support tours with Celine Dion and Michael Jackson. In 2003 David Caplice became the exclusive manager for all of the Australian Idol artists and went on to manage Guy Sebastian, Shannon Noll, Jessica Mauboy and Damien Leith. David then sold 50% of his management company to Sony which was then rebranded to become the well known Parade Management. David Caplice has spent the last few years in Los Angeles managing Human Nature. In 2013 he returned to Australia to relaunch Caplice Management as is now managing Harrison Craig, Christina Parie and numerous other young Australian rising stars. A representative of Warner Music Australia - David is very happy to be supporting the Fast Track Singing Showcases Competition. KELEBEK Kelebek (Vanessa Skrypczak) is a 19 year old Australian singer/rapper/dancer and songwriter from Albury, NSW. Kelebek was seen recently on the 2013 series of The X Factor as part of the group “Third D3gree” – which placed fourth on the show. Signed to Sony Australia, “Third D3gree” has recently released their debut single “Different Kind of Love”. Since then Kelebek has decided to continue her musical journey as a solo artist. Kelebek’s amazing stage presence is undeniable and she captivates audiences with her quirky attitude, exciting visuals and electrifying vocals. RedFoo has called her “the definition of a popstar’. She is at the beginning of a very long journey!!
