Hey Fitness Loves, “And now we thank you, our God, and praise your glorious name.” 1Chronicles 29:13 I completed a great upper body workout at the gym… I completed each exercise 15reps 2 sets … Also i completed a cardio session on my stair master... because I’m 20 weeks pregnant I try to do more cardio than weights my body reacts better to cardio than weights at this point… everyday for me is different so i can’t say this is set in stone. Thanksgiving is coming up soon … try to do well in your eating and exercising at least up to that day… Tomorrow is Weigh in Wednesday… See you all then.
