Hey Folks. Have you ever played ULTIMATE? Its also known as Ultimate Frisbee. Come and join the Hangzhou Ultimate Frisbee Club today from 2pm to about 5.30/6pm at the Yellow Dragon Stadium #2 field (on the N-W corner of the main stadium not far from Vineyard Cafe). Its a really fun and exciting sport thats easy to play. Its played with a frisbee (flying disc) and has some rules a bit like a cross between 1. American Football (but NO tackling or heavy body contact, of course! ;)) and 2. soccer/football and even 3. basketball.
