Hey Friends & Family, This is Bernard Dafney. As many of you know, I am a Graduate Assistant at California Baptist University. While working at CBU in the Office of Spiritual Life (Mobilization), I am currently finishing my Masters in Intercultural Ministries at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. In preparation for going back to the field “career”, I’ve been blessed to work in an office that enables me to mobilize hundreds of students, faculty, and staff; to the nations! This summer, I am serving on an International Service Projects (ISP) team at CBU. My team of about 10 people will be journeying to Italy from May 7th – 27th. We will be building contacts for the full time workers while ministering to displaced North Africans. I am excited about leading this team because I believe that it’s the next step in my journey to moving back overseas. I am thrilled to have this opportunity to share the truth with people who do not know Jesus! I am praying that some of you will be able to support me financially. The cost of this project is $3,400 per participant; I would truly appreciate any size sponsorship.
