Hey Guys! Been quite awhile since I have post a fitness post le! Todays post will be focusing on how a busy person schedule still can work out to lose some of those love handles! Here is a short workout which I have come out with! Hope you guys can try out too and post ur results here or record them down to see ur improvements in future! Workout Summary: Items needed: -A beeper, timer or any sort capable of sounding at every 4mins interval -Pull up bar if you plan to do pullups in this workout or etc Workout: Every 4 mins interval, you are expected to complete 90 repetitions of exercises you have chosen to do. If you had managed to complete 90 reps within 4mins, you have qualified yourself for the next 4 mins of 90 reps again and so on and so forth. However, if you were to lets say be unable to make the 90 reps in any of the 4mins interval, den you would have failed that round and your workout ends. Total up the repetitions which you had completed and record down. Track your progress throughout the week and see how much you had improved. Also you might want to include looking how well you look after doing this, how many more pull ups you are able to do, how much faster or longer you can run and etc. Here is just a few examples of how various workouts would be like. Person A did 87 reps in 4mins. Result: 87 reps doesnt qualify for Round 2. Person B did 90 reps in 3min 25 seconds. Result: Qualify Round 2. Person B did another 7 reps in the last 35 seconds of the 4 minute. Result: total 97 reps in 4 minutes, continues to Round 2 for another 90 reps. Person B did 91 reps in this 4 minutes. Result: 188 reps. Qualify for Round 3. Person B did 41 reps in this 4 minutes. Result: 229 reps < 270 reps for Round 4. Workout End. So hope you guys get what I mean here if not feel free to ask me! Workouts combinations which are recommended for different levels: Beginners: -1 set of Mountain Climbers(15 counts of four) and Pushups ( 15 reps) * Repeat for 3 times for 90 reps in 4mins. -1 set of High Knees( 15 counts of two ) and Burpees ( 15 reps ) * Repeat for 3 times for 90 reps in 4mins. Intermediate: -3 sets of Burpees with pushup and Tuck Jump/High jumper ( 15reps each) -3 sets of Incline Pull ups and Burpees/Tuck Jump/ High jumper ( 15 reps each) Advanced: -3 sets of Pull ups and Weighted Shoulder Press with Squats ( 15 reps ) Here are some more exercises which you might want to include too since its up to ur creativity! -Deadlifts -Dips (weighted if you want) -Clapping Pushups ( Different Variations also possible) The importance here is to have a challengingly good workout in a short time! So go and enjoy it! If you wanna challenge me in any of the above workouts for total reps done I will be more than willing to!
