Hey Guys, I am having a real hard time financially and I need a daily driver, a built car isnt ideal. I am trying to see what intrest is here, before I try Craigslist. I am not sure what I should ask either, but I do have over 20k invested in it with receipts to show and I am already at a loss at this price. Let me know what you guys think, Thanks, David Warden Hello everyone thanks for looking at my ad, I am debating selling my prized possession 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe. I have owned this car for over 9 years, and every year the car has improved dramatically from the previous year. I had bought this car, with a stock 302 out of 1986 fox-body mustang for five years. I then transformed it into what you see today, keep in mind it is a daily driver. I wanted to build something that appeared to be stock on the outside but have modern drive-train and this is what you see. I will briefly list the modifications that have been done over the years: Interior: - Standard 1966 interior in black (black carpets, door panels, and dash) - Front kick panels have 6x9 speakers and tweeters integrated - Rear 6x9 speakers in custom package tray - Hidden JVC stereo with wireless remote in glove box (has mp3 hookup,CD, etc.) - Newly restored console - Factory under dash A/C (Blows cold, and operates in all speeds) - All new radio wiring tucked away nicely - Subwoofer in trunk - Headliner, sun visors, and seats look great Exterior: - New front and rear bumpers - New sylvania halogen headlamps - New tails, gaskets, and tail light bezels - New parking lamps and wiring - New brake light bulbs - New reverse light bulbs - New horns high and low - American Racing 15x7 wheels - 215/60/15 front tires - 235/60/15 rear tires - Whimbleton white paint - Vinyl pinstripe along door (very subtle) - New gas cap gasket - No rust - San Jose car - Clean floor pans, no quarter panel repairs Brakes and Suspension: - Front wilwood 4 piston cross-drilled and slotted front brakes - Rear 68 Mustang GT rear brakes - KYB Gas shocks on all corners - Grab-a-track front suspension overhaul - Rear Grab-a-Track five-leaf mid-eye leaf springs - New U bolts - New wheel bearings on rear axle - Stainless wilwood brake lines in front Engine and Transmission: - 1986 Fox body Mustang 302 bored .030 over - Sealed power hyperutetic pistons - New rod and main bearings - New oil pump - New high flow fuel pump - Trick flow stage 1 camshaft - Trick flow twisted wedge heads - Trick flow upgraded valve train - Ported edelbrock rpm performer intake - Quickfuel slayer series 600cfm carburetor - Pertronix ingtion (coil, wires, and ignite kit) - MSD multispark unit (with programmable rev limit, advancing timing, etc.) - Comp cams timing chain - 5.0 4 degree timing mod (increases cylinder compression by nearly 20psi for increased horsepower) - 3 Core Radiator and shroud - Coolant over flow - All wiring redone - Engine pay stripped and repainted - Mustang shop truss bar kit - High performance starter - New battery - Free flow air filter - Midtube headers - Full custom exhaust into flowmaster 40 series mufflers - Built Transmission with 2200 stall converted, beefed up internals, and shift kit - Aluminium drive shaft from AZ drive shaft shop - Factory 8in posi center section with 3.00 gears - Less than 3000 miles, estimated in the area 350 to 360 hp. Asking $27,500 This is just a general list off the top of my head, there is probably plenty more that I may be forgetting. If there is any interest, or questions, you can email me. I have all the receipts dating back to purchase, as well as I have more spare parts from the build to go along with it. I can provide pictures via email as well I have plenty. For some reason Craigslist wont let me upload. Thanks for looking, David
