Hey Guys! Lots of questions coming my way about fasting. Please read my blog. Also, I just had a new client ask me about her cheat meal last night and if it was overdone after she sent me a list of things she ate. I wanted to type my reply here because I feel maybe some of you could learn from what I replied back to her... This is why tracking and learning to track is important. I can’t tell you how “bad” that is because I have no idea what your week looks like in terms of intake. That is why I set macros for you along with a reefed schedule, so you can begin to learn. Think about everything on a week long timeline. If you are at a deficit of lets say 200 calories a week for 6 days you are ultimately at a deficit of 1200 calories for the week. Now if you go out and blow that on one meal like a dairy queen blizzard… and then eat more on top of that then yes you have basically made up for the entire deficit over the week with one day of eating off track. Does that make sense? So until I know you are tracking or following your meal plan I cannot tell you how bad that may be. No food is “bad” if it fits within your weekly constraints (Including your reefed macros)
