Other Qualification: - Excellent English communication Skills - Willing to work on night shift from 10pm - 7am - At least 1-2 years BPO/ call center experience handling voice accounts and someone who has stayed long enough in a US voice account within a performance-based call center plus a strong interest in having a recruiting career. - HS or College Under grad accepted and any course is accepted as long as the candidate is a strong performer with a bit of career progression in the BPO/ call center industry. - Willing to work in Ayala, Makati Salary and Benefits: - A very competitive salary and allowances - Night Differential - Monthly Performance Bonus: 0-35% of base pay per month - Leaves and Healthcard: Available upon regularization, you can be regularized even after 4 months How to apply: (Please STRICTLY follow the instructions) 1.
