Hey :) I am going to rent a flat from 01.12.14 and, thus, I am looking for a roommate. The flat is on Nørrebrogade 122. The location is absolutely perfect: plenty of shopping possibilities right around the corner, and the busses 5A and 350S take you to Nørreport in less than 10min. You will share the flat with me and another person. The flat is perfect for three people, has about 130m², 3 bedrooms, a shared living room, a huge kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer), as well as a renovated bathroom (not in Copenhagen style), high ceilings and the obligatory wooden floor. The whole thing is rather expensive though. The room that I am renting out is the very biggest with at least 30m² and NOT furnished. It is facing the street (intersection of Nørrebrogade and Jagtvej). Therefore, you should not be too sensitive to noise. However, since the flat is on the top floor, the noise is limited. Including all costs, the rent is 6500DKK. This price is NOT negotiable. Due to the high price, this room is probably rather something for someone doing a PhD or having a job. Additionally to the rent, there is a deposit of three months (15.000 DKK) as well as a three months pre-rent. Thus, the first rent will be around 41.000 DKK. A bit about me: I am 27, from Germany, and studying International Business and Law. I am currently writing my master thesis and working in a small NGO. I am looking for an open-minded, outgoing, reliable, clean, and nice person that is not only looking for a room to lock in but for a flat to participate in a shared living. Just to let you know: since the flat is rented out at the moment, it will not really be possible to have a look at it, unfortunately.
