Hey I am not bragging...just kinda excited...a week ago tomorrow I had a nasty procedure done to my spine. The doctors were able to inject my sympathetic nerve to my foot with a solution that would numb my nerve for a period of time (month...maybe 2!!). There was a 50% chance that it could take 50% of my pain away. No one wanted me to do it because of obvious risks. I was determined to get it done and be satisfied with any pain relief at all. I am happy to say that, for the first time in over 6 years, I will be putting a "sneaker" on tomorrow to take a WALK. We are so excited that I am having pain relief. I swear Lenny got teary eyed tonight when we talked about it...he will never admit to that but he did!! Thanks to all of my family and friends for their constant love, support and prayers. It has been a long road. They will be short, baby steps tomorrow but the will be PAIN FREE!!!
