Hey!! I didnt play the what Im thankful game. Doesnt mean Im not thankful, I have plenty, just didnt know. Ill try to catch up. 1: Thankful that I had my parents for 56 years. 2: That they raised me, us, in a Godly home. 3: For my siblings, Carlos, Ivette, Tito, and Sonia. We dont always see eye to eye, but there is love. 4: For friends, I am way beyond blessed!! 5: For music. 6: My musician brotherhood, WAY too many to mention here. If I ran sound for you, or shared a stage...thank you for allowing me the privilege of being in YOUR presence. 7: For the loves in my life. Most of you know who you are. 8: For my children, Melissa, Vanessa, Justin, Philomena, and Joseph. I am extremely proud of all of you! Love you all! 9: My extended family, too many to mention. If you think you belong...know that you do. 10:For my church families, Fairview, where I began. Rivertown, for where Im at now. 11:For the Grandbabies!! Scout, Cameron, Serena, Alora, Steven, Magdalena, Eve, Scarlett, AJ, Natalie, and Violet. DUDE!!! Talk about being blessed!! Love youse also!12: OSYSTEM, Mr. O, for helping me get started in this crazy business of sound. Also, for allowing me to call someone at 3am with question. Your friendship means more than you can imagine. 13: Keith, for also helping me during that same period of my life (Maurice just didnt wanna do those gigs!). Thanks you for your friendship. 14: Absolute Audio, Todd, for allowing me to continue to learn. Even when I was on the juice!! LOL!!! Thanks, for the extra life! 15: The RiverCenter, John, JD, Tammy, and the rest, for still calling me, and giving me an opportunity to experience the theater way!! Ive had a blast, and look forward to more. 16: Thankful that I still have a house, home. 17: That I have 2 vehicles, that work. Thank you Guido! 18: Thankful for my health...couldnt say that 7 months ago! 19: For The Loft Live, and Buddy, for the steady work, and kindness you bestowed on me. 20: Misty Harbor, for putting up with me for 20+ years. Thanks Danny, Kim, David, Jim, Rodney, and Ray. Also the assortment of fill in guys through the years. 21: Im not gonna call out a bunch of people, cause I know Ill leave someone off, but i hafta mention my girl Ginny Parry. For just being you, and for Jim allowing you to be you. Thank you both. 22: For 22 years and 1 day...what more can I say... 23: For Columbus Hospice, you guys really rock!! For making everything go as smooth as it could be, under the circumstances. 24: John B. Amos, most who know, just know, there are angels here on earth. They reside at John B. Amos. A most awesome staff!! 25: Thankful that I only have a couple more of these to do. 26: Thankful for people like Julie Richards Elver, for going way beyond the call. You should get hazardous duty pay! For putting a smile on my Dads face! The infectious laugh, love it! 27: For the troops that are fighting for our freedom, and not able to be home with their families. May they all be safe and blessed. 28: For the chance to give thanks, with family and friends. Ill try to play along for the rest of the month. Sorry for the book.
