Hey I have a situation I need some advice on. I had a membership at LA fitness for personal training and told them I wanted to just try it a month or two to see if I could afford it. The guy said it was all good and I did it for like 3 months and than canceled. Now theyre calling me and saying that I owe them money. Im like I already canceled and theyre like your on a year long contract. Than I checked my bank statement and theyve still been charging me the last few months AFTER I cancelled it. Im going to go in and try to get my money back and work this out. But if not, does anyone know of any kind of services that help you when you have been locked into a contract unwittingly or what kind of lawyer I would talk to?
